Enable Chat Prompt Buttons
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

This setting from the :ref:`EditorSettingsButton` controls whether some :ref:`EditorPanels` 
will display little buttons that send chat prompts to the URL that is configured in the product
configuration, see :ref:`AIServiceConnectionConfigurationSection`.

Currently this is only supported for the problems display on the :ref:`FormPanel`, to suggest fixes
for (SHACL) constraint violations and other issues.
