Publish for Explorer Users

This feature can be found on the Asset Operations Button for asset collection managers when an Explorer instance exists. It updates the Explorer server with the current version of this asset collection.

Warning

If publication fails or is cancelled, the collection’s previous publication status and date are preserved. The Explorer may already contain some changes; these are not rolled back. Check the Explorer before retrying.
